Alexis Young is a Ph.D student in the Biophysics program at OSU. She is from Slidell, Louisiana. She recieved a BS in Biochemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University. She previously worked in organic chemistry, with a focus on organo-silanes and carbon fixation. She is currently mentoring Emily Bradley.
